Introducing the 3rd annual meeting of SMASHED

Well, GUADEC is coming around again, and as has become a tradition in recent years a whisk(e)y bof will be held.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with the rules here they are;
Rule number one: Everyone MUST drink.
Rule number two: Everyone SHOULD bring whiskey, BUT a bottle of your national spirit MAY be brought instead.
Rule number three: Anyone MAY bring a toast at any time, and everyone MUST toast and drink.
Rule number four: There SHALL NOT be a rule number four.
These bylaws are in accordance with RFC 2119 guidelines.
It’s unknown at present when or where the meeting will be held, we normally manage to fit it in at some point though, if you’re having trouble finding out when/where it’ll be come and find myself, David “lefty” Schlesinger or Dave Neary who are generally upto date with the situation.
